Hubtel — our payment processing partner. When you pay online, your payment details are handled securely by Hubtel in accordance with their own privacy policy. We receive only a transaction reference and payment status confirmation. Hubtel’s privacy policy can be found at hubtel.com.
Mailchimp — if you have consented to receive marketing communications from us, your name and email address may be stored with Mailchimp, our email marketing platform, to send you updates and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
We do not share your information with any other third parties unless required to do so by law.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your booking and personal information for a period of 3 years from the date of your stay. This allows us to handle any post-stay enquiries, disputes, or legal requirements. After this period, your information is securely deleted.
Allergy and dietary information is retained only for the duration of your stay and deleted within 30 days of your check-out date.
